The agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Phinly (“Phinly”, “we”, “us”) for your use of phin.ly and the Phin assistant. By creating an account, joining the founding list or subscribing, you agree to them and to our privacy policy. If you use Phinly for a business, you agree on its behalf.
What Phinly is
Phinly is an AI business manager for creators. With read-only access to your Gmail, Phin sorts your business email, shows budgets senders state, flags likely scams, drafts replies, tracks deal progress and writes a daily brief. Phin does not send email, negotiate, contract, invoice or collect payments on your behalf, and it does not find brands that have not contacted you.
Your account and Gmail
You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, and give us accurate information. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity in your account. Connect only a Gmail account you are authorized to use. You can disconnect it at any time.
Subscription and billing
- Phinly is a subscription, billed monthly or yearly in US dollars in advance through Stripe. It renews automatically until you cancel.
- The Creator plan is $29 a month or $290 a year. The first 100 paying creators get the Founding Creator price of $19 a month or $190 a year, which stays the same for as long as that subscription remains active. If it ends, the founding price ends with it.
- Prices exclude taxes where taxes apply. We may change prices for new billing periods with at least 30 days' notice by email; founding prices are excluded while your subscription stays active.
- We never charge a commission or a share of your deal income.
Trial, cancelling and refunds
- New subscriptions start with a 14-day trial. If you cancel before it ends, you are not charged.
- You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing hello@phin.ly. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- 30-day money-back guarantee: if you ask within 30 days of your first payment, we refund that payment in full. After that, payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
No guarantee of deals or income
Phinly helps you see and answer the business email you already receive. We do not guarantee that you will receive, win or be paid for any deal, or any level of income. Budgets shown are what a sender wrote, not money earned. Nothing Phinly shows is financial, legal or tax advice.
AI output
Phin uses AI, which can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Categories, scam flags, budgets and drafts are suggestions. A scam flag is not proof of fraud and a clean result is not a guarantee of safety. Review every draft before you send it; you are responsible for the messages you send and the agreements you make.
Acceptable use
Do not use Phinly to:
- break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
- access a mailbox you are not authorized to use;
- send spam, harass people or run scams yourself;
- probe, overload, scrape or bypass the limits or security of the service, including the free scam checker;
- reverse engineer the service, resell it, or use it to build a competing product;
- submit malware or content meant to manipulate the AI.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, with notice where reasonable.
Your content and ours
You own your email, drafts and profile. You give us permission to process them only to run Phinly for you, as the privacy policy describes. Phinly, Phin, the fish mark and the service itself are ours. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Phinly running but do not promise uninterrupted service. Gmail access depends on Google. We may change or remove features; if a change materially reduces what your paid plan includes, we will tell you and you may cancel for a prorated refund of the unused period. We may update these terms and will email you about material changes before they apply.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent the law allows, Phinly is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost deals, profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Phinly and delete your account at any time. When your account is deleted, we delete your data as described in the privacy policy. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as payment owed, disclaimers and liability limits, survive.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
