What Phin does today.

Phin reads your business inbox, finds the money, flags the fakes and drafts your reply. Here is the honest list: what works now, what is coming, and what Phin will never do.

Working today

Included in every plan, up to 2,000 emails analyzed and 150 drafts a month.

  • Finds the brand deals

Every business email is sorted into brand deals, collabs, scheduling, admin, scams and noise, with one plain sentence on why.

  • Shows the money that was written down

When a brand states a budget in dollars, Phin puts it next to the deal. It never guesses a number that is not in the email.

  • Flags the fakes

Upfront fees, lookalike domains, free-mail "brands" and Telegram moves get flagged with the pattern. Flagged mail stays in Gmail for you to judge.

  • Drafts replies in your voice

Phin uses your rates, minimums and banned categories to draft a reply. You edit it, copy it and send it from Gmail.

  • Tracks your deals

Mark each deal as you go, from new to replied to won, so nothing goes quiet without you noticing.

  • Writes a daily brief

A short summary of what needs you today, so you can skip the inbox on quiet days.

  • Runs a 90-day snapshot

On day one Phin looks back over up to 200 recent business emails from the last 90 days, so you start with what you already missed.

Coming later

Planned, not built. Nothing here is sold until it works.

  • Follow-up nudges

Reminders when a brand goes quiet.

  • Invoice chasing

Tracking what is owed and drafting the polite reminder.

  • A second inbox

For creators with a separate business address.

What Phin will never do

Phin also does not negotiate for you or find brands that have not emailed you. You stay the one who decides.

  • Send email for you

Phin has read-only access. Every reply goes out from your Gmail, by you.

  • Take a commission

One flat price. Your deal money never touches us.

  • Sell or train on your email

Your mail is used to run Phin for you and nothing else.
