Why Phin exists
Creators run real businesses out of an inbox that was never built for it. A brand with a real budget writes “quick question” and sits between a newsletter and a fake collab asking for a fee. Some weeks it gets answered. Some weeks it sinks.
The usual fix is an agent who takes 10% of everything. That works for some creators. For many it means paying a commission on deals that found them anyway.
Phin is the other option: an AI business manager that reads your business email, surfaces the deals with the money they mention, flags the scams and drafts your reply. You approve every word. It costs a flat fee.
Phinly is built by one founder, from Texas. Founding members get a direct line to me and a say in what Phin learns next.

What we hold to
Your money is yours
Phin charges a flat fee. It never takes a cut, so it has no reason to push you toward any deal.
You approve everything
Phin reads, sorts and drafts. You decide what goes out and you send it yourself.
Say what it does, not what it might
If a feature is not built, it is not on the pricing page. Sample data is labeled as fictional.
Small and careful beats big and leaky
Read-only access, the least data we can keep, and a delete button that actually deletes.
