Brand dealNames a budget, a deliverable and a date. Writes from the company domain.

From priya@lumenaudio.co

Hi Priya, thanks for thinking of me. A 60s integration is $2,800 with 30 days of usage. If $2,400 is firm, I can do it as a 45s read. Could you share the brief and launch date?

Draft in your voice. You send it from Gmail.

How it works

Three steps, about two minutes. Then Phin keeps reading while you make things.

  1. Connect Gmail, read-only

One click through Google. Phin can read your mail to find business email. It cannot send, delete or change anything.

  2. See the money

Brand deals rise to the top with the budget they stated and the reason Phin trusts them. Scams get flagged with the pattern.

  3. Reply in your voice

Phin drafts a reply from your rates and rules. You edit it, copy it into Gmail and hit send yourself.

Sample names and amounts are fictional.

The valuable email rarely looks valuable.

Scams shout. Newsletters sparkle. The brand with a real budget writes “quick question” and waits. Phin reads past the subject line, so the quiet ones stop sinking.

Phin is approval-first. It reads, it sorts, it drafts. It never sends, never deletes and never takes a cut.

How Phinly handles your data
  • Read-only Gmail

Phin asks Google for gmail.readonly and nothing else. No send, delete or archive permission exists to misuse.

  • You approve every reply

Phin drafts. You decide what goes out, and you send it from your own Gmail.

  • Delete everything, anytime

Disconnecting wipes your inbox data from Phinly. Deleting your account removes the rest.

  • Every action logged

Each thing Phin reads, flags or drafts lands in an activity log you can review.

A note from the founder

I built Phin because the best email in a creator's inbox often looks like the worst one. A real budget sits between a newsletter and a fake collab asking for a fee, and it is easy to miss.

Agents solve that by taking 10% of everything. I think sorting the inbox should cost a flat fee, and that you should approve every word that goes out. So Phin reads, flags and drafts. You decide and you send.

I'm building Phinly on my own, from Texas. Founding members get a direct line to me and a vote on what Phin learns next.

Questions, answered plainly

Something missing? Email hello@phin.ly.

What does Phin get access to in my Google account?

Read-only Gmail access (the gmail.readonly scope). Phin reads messages to find business email. It cannot send, delete, archive or label anything, and it never touches your Drive, Calendar or contacts.

Google verification for this access is in progress. Until it is complete, Google shows a notice that Phinly has not finished verification and caps us at 100 users, which is why founding seats are limited.

What can Phin do today, and what can it not do yet?

Today Phin sorts your business email into brand deals, collabs, scams and noise with a reason for each, shows budgets that brands wrote down, drafts replies from your rates, tracks your deals, writes a daily brief and runs a 90-day inbox snapshot on day one.

Phin does not send email, negotiate for you, find brands that have not emailed you, send invoices or book calls. Some of that is on the roadmap. None of it is sold today.

What happens to my data if I leave?

Disconnect Gmail and Phin deletes your inbox data: messages it stored, drafts, digests and snapshots. Delete your account and everything else goes too. We keep content-free usage records for 30 days to prevent abuse.

How much is it, and can I cancel?

Founding Creator is $19/mo or $190/yr for the first 100 creators, locked while you stay subscribed. After that it is $29/mo or $290/yr. Every plan starts with a 14-day trial, you can cancel anytime, and your first payment has a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Why a flat fee instead of a commission?

Because the money is yours. A commission grows every time your deals grow. Phin costs the same whether you land one deal or fifty, so it has no reason to push you toward any of them.

Which creators is Phin for?

Twitch streamers and YouTubers first, plus creators on Kick, TikTok and Instagram, podcasters and newsletter writers: anyone whose brand deals land in a Gmail or Google Workspace inbox. Other email providers are not supported yet.

Your next brand deal might already be in there.
